This beer dinner features two beers each from all 5 of the recent additions to the DC Metro brewing scene. Chef Vinni Waide will be utilizing the house smoker to its full potential, while taking advantage of the late Autumn harvest, to build a holiday tinged 5 course meal alongside 3 Stars/Oliver's, DC Brau, Port City, Chocolate City, and Lost Rhino.

Smoked Duck Leg
Apple wood smoked duck leg in a cinnamon Grand Marnier glaze with savory fennel bread pudding
Wild Boar Ribs
Used Bourbon barrel smoked wild boar ribs basted with cranberry jalapeno barbecue sauce served with a smoked Gouda and caramelized onion potato tart
Cranberry and Pear Crisp
Served with vanilla crème anglaise
